I wanted to let you know how much I love the newsletter. Your column about your day on the job was great. I could picture you with drool in your hair. Wags and Wiggles has been a godsend to all of us who utilize your services. We can go to work knowing that our beloved pet family member is having a great day playing with their own kind and they surrounded by people who love them.

As you have begun to add more and more services to your facility, it has truly become a one-stop-shop. I can have Annie bathed, boarded, buy her toys and know that if I have any questions I can contact you.

When Annie celebrated her birthday this month, I received a laminated calendar with her picture and congratulations. Loved it! It is hanging on my refrigerator. Thank you for all that you guys do to make the world a great place for our deserving pet companions.

REFER A FRIEND REWARDS PROGRAM -

Receive $20 off next daycare visit, daycare pass or training class



Wags & Wiggles makes it easy and convenient for you to refer your family and friends. We appreciate your trust in our service. Grab a card at the front counter. Fill in your name and your dog's name. Hand out the card. When the person you refer brings us the card, we know you referred them! As always, we will still give you credit when a friend states your name as the source of referral on their daycare application, training contract, or when using our online pay feature.

Rules and other boring stuff:
  • The friend you refer must have dog pass interview and complete first day of daycare before you will gain the credit. If the referral is for a training class, your friend must pay for class before credit will be given.
  • The friend must state your name on application during interview, on training contract, or when using the online form.
  • The credit may only be used towards services or products and not redeemed for cash.
  • If you are on a 10 day or 20 day pass, you will receive the credit off your next pass.
  • You will receive the credit notice by mail.
  • In order to receive credit, you must bring the notice with you upon your next visit.
  • The number of referrals and who you referred will be tracked in your chart.
  • Effective date: January 30, 2001. Referrals prior to this date do NOT count towards this program.
