BARKIMONIAL
Thank you to all of the Wags and Wiggles staff for taking such wonderful care of my Guinness! Having your service has made his Labrador puppy stages so much more bearable to deal with. And it is nice to know that he is there playing with his friends while I am at work.

DOG DAYCARE
Get Ready for Camp!!
HOW DO I PREPARE MY DOG OF OVERNIGHT CARE?
Our nightcare program was established to accommodate our Doggie Daycare customers. Only regular daycare customers who come at least once a month will qualify for this program. This will ensure your dog's behavior is acceptable for the program and it will reduce their anxiety.
Dogs who only come once or twice a year are more stressed during boarding. They vocalize more in their kennels and don't have appropriate play skills in the already established pack. This creates more stress for all the dogs here.
If you are only looking for boarding once or twice a year without using the daycare service inbetween visits, this is not the facility for you.
WHAT TO BRING?
1) FOOD: Bring enough food for the entire stay plus some extra in case your return is delayed. If your dog is a picky eater, be sure to bring a little canned food to get them to eat. We have a microwave and a refrigerator to suit your needs. Do not bring bowls unless your dog will only eat out of a certain bowl. Be sure you bring plenty of food. If your dog runs out of food, we will charge you for the purchase and time spent to get more food.
2) BED/BLANKET: Label each article with your dog's name.
3) BONES: Bring something to chew on for nighttime - don't bring toys.
4) MEDICATIONS: Bring all medications that are properly labeled with directions.
5) EMERGENCY NUMBER: Bring a number that we can reach you at or a friend/relative whom you trust to make medical decisions for your dog.
6) LEASH/COLLAR: Your dog must be on leash to enter and exit facility
7) KENNEL/CRATE: If your dog sleeps in a crate, bring it. They will feel more comfortable.
8) PAYMENT: You will be required to pay for your dog's boarding at the time of pickup. We do not bill. Cash/check only. If someone else is picking up your dog, you must prepay. If you are signing up for Ruff Love, your balance is due upon drop off. All training services are prepaid.
WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY?
We now have a computerized reservation system for vacation care boarding. When you need to book dates, you will be given a reservation number. You will need to save this number and present it upon checkin.
We also have a new cancellation policy. If you must cancel your boarding, you must do so three days prior to your checkin date. If you fail to cancel before that three day period or fail to show, you will be charged for a 24 hour period of boarding.
This new system will streamline reservations, prevent no shows, and provide better care for all the dogs staying with us. At this point, you do not need to call to reserve a spot just for daycare. However, Fridays tend to be busy so you may want to call first if you are not a Friday regular to ensure we aren't full and have to turn you away. Please reserve your dates carefully. You will be charged
for your entire reservation. If you pickup early, you will still be charged for the entire reserved dates.
WHERE DOES MY DOG STAY OVERNIGHT?
Your dog has free roam of the entire facility ALL DAY. At night after we close/clean, all dogs are given cookies and tucked into bed. If you bring a crate, your dog will stay there. If not, they will sleep in one of our mutt huts. On Sundays, the staff comes in on a split shift. Dogs are still allowed free play during these shifts.
PICKUP/DROP HOURS
M-F: 7-4:00, facility open til 6pm
SAT: 8-3, facility open til 5pm
SUN: 9-10, 3-4
We ask that dogs arrive for camp no later than 4:30pm (M-F), 3:00pm (Sat), and 9-10 or 3-4 on Sunday. This will give them time to adjust before bedtime. If you drop after 3pm, you will only be charged for the night. If you pickup by 10am, you will not be charged for the day.
Please provide an approximate pickup time for your dog. This allows us to bring up their personal items before you arrive to minimize your waiting time. If your pickup date/time changes, please call us.
There are no pickup or drop off on holidays·.no exceptions!
GENERAL
Please be aware that we DO NOT guarantee the return of any personal items. If you really love it, don't bring it. All dogs leave very tired from playing with their friends, so they will need to rest when they get home. Be sure to label every item you bring in permanent ink with your dog's name and your last name.
