I'm at Jury Duty today, so I have a bunch of extra time on my hands...
and with that extra time, I thought I'd check on the Wags website and
see if I could actually see our mutts playing at daycare. Up until now I
haven't been able to because I'm on a Mac and the web cams never seems
to work with my system. But I see you guys have done some upgrading and
the new system is fabulous with the Macs now!
Anyway, the point of writing this was just to let you know what an
incredible job you're doing with the daycare and handling so many dogs
at a time. It's no easy feat to handle a pack that big. I just saw our
whippets hanging out with I don't know how many dogs -- everyone is
happy and friendly and well behaved and, well, looking like they're
having a great time!! Just what you'd hope for in daycare. And I know
dogs... that doesn't happen by accident, and it doesn't happen without a
LOT of careful work and knowledge on the part of the staff. So I just
wanted to thank you guys for doing such a great, thorough job with each
and every dog (no matter how many show up each day!!) and for taking
such good care of our pups.

Getting Started: Click on the appropriate link for which facility and which computer type you are using. There are instructions on the right side of the page. If you have problems assessing the cameras, you can contact online doggy direct through their website or by calling them direct 303-805-4034. By request, we made accessing the cameras easier and extended the hours of the cameras.
Not only do we provide multiple cameras, all activities are recorded for up to 2 weeks. If there is ever any concern, we can track any dog's or staff's activities 24 hours a day. We provide public access to the cameras 8AM - 5PM MON-FRI, 9AM - 4PM SAT. If you can't see your dog on the camera, feel free to call us for a closeup shot.
