There are so many reasons why I completely trust your wonderful facility and your entire happy caring staff; so I will keep this short!
Harley - 4 year old German Shepherd - has attended W&W since he was 4 months old!! He loves to board, play and before his hip dysphasia loved agility class.
Bella - 6 month old Golden Retriever - started attending W&W at the early age of 3 months and has already boarded twice!
April 2008 Harley underwent total hip replacement surgery, which is a very involved surgery with a long recovery period. A mere 7 weeks post op my husband and I must go out of town. Well naturally the first place I call is W&W. At the same time Bella was spayed but she was recovered enough to be ready for action at W&W.
Your staff took excellent care of Harley. They knew his limitations and would make sure he did not over do. This was also the first time Harley and Bella would be sleeping in the same kennel. I knew the staff would keep the peace between them and offer Harley relief if he became anxious or needed to be alone.
A very BIG Thank you, Thanks to All your Staff!!
Oh, this also helps my husband who has never had a dog before, let alone now having two. Since they are both athletic spending the day at W&W gives both of us a quiet evening or two in the house!!

DENTAL SERVICES
Animal Dental Services will now be offering services at both W&W Locations. We took this venture very seriously. Their dog handling abilities and knowledge are top notch. Did you know that teeth cleaning involving removal of plaque and tartar is REQUIRED by the state law to be supervised by a licensed veterinarian?
WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY DOGS TEETH CLEANED?
Imagine how your teeth would look and feel if you didn't brush them daily. Periodontal (gum) disease is one of the most common conditions seen in pets today. The problem begins when plaque and tartar are allowed to build up on your pet's teeth. Plaque harbors the bacteria, which can infect gum tissue and the roots of teeth resulting in disease and tooth loss. Besides the negative impact on the oral health, bacteria can enter the blood stream through the large blood vessels located near the gums and teeth. At this stage, the organs with the highest blood flow are most susceptible to infections: lungs, heart, kidneys, liver and even the brain. Damage to these organs caused by infection can shorten the lives of our pets.
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Many dog facilities offer this service but only Animal Dental Services brings along a veterinarian to examine and oversee all procedures. Animal Dental technicians are highly qualified to perform a thorough dental exam on your pet without the use of anesthesia. During the examination they chart any abnormalities or concerns regarding your pet's oral health. The next step is removing all of the plaque above and below the gum line. They finish up with a polish of the teeth using a fluoride-based pumice. Check out their Website.
DOES MY DOG HAVE TO ATTEND YOUR FACILITY?
We strongly recommend your dog attends daycare on the day of the procedure. This way they get to have some fun too and they will be more relaxed. However it is only required that your dog be present at the time of the procedure. If your dog is boarding, no problem. The procedure can still be done.
