Junie is a young golden retriever that has a very independant spirit. Playing is her number 1 priority and it keeps her in a happy state of bliss. Junie's mom heard about daycare and just by happenstance tried another local facility first. Something told her it wasn't the right place for Junie. She came by Wags one day to check us out and signed up Junie the same day.
Here is mom's own words:
I just wanted you to know that the dayschool training Junie is doing is really working. I had her doing errands with me and she just sat calmly while I talked to the mechanic. She made me look like a great trainer! Also, I am so happy to have found you. I can tell that your staff is much more mature and trustworthy. Your facility was so clean and odorfree, you can tell the difference on the tour. The play space and supervision level made me feel much more comfortable. Once I saw your staff in action it was easy to overlook the minimal price difference.
Junie is looking forward to joining agility class and continuing her training at the RSM lake where she
needs it the most.

Puppy Care
PUPPY PENS for $15 are for young puppies who need quieter play, naptime, midday lunch and special care. If your dog is particularly shy, we will use this separate space for a slower introduction to other dogs. We will also create separate play groups for itty bitty sized dogs. All sized dogs deserve safe fun play to socialize.
Specialized Play Equipment made specifically for group dog play can be found in all play areas.
Highest Staff/Dog Ratio can be found at both facilities that exceed all industry standards.

Trainers and Behavior Consultants Onsite at all times. Veterinarian On Call For Emergencies. Daycare staff Certified in Animal CPR Training. Even Other Veterinarians and Trainers recommend us!
Our state-of-the-art ventilation system changes the air every six minutes. The small dog room and overnight area are fully air conditioned. At RSM, the large dog area is temperature controlled with a misting system for hot days. At Tustin, the large dog room just received a BRAND NEW Air conditioning system!
Caring Staff
are well-organized, basic manners are incorporated into everyday play, and the staff are extensively trained through our continuing education program. Dogs are supervised 100% of the time.

OC Animal Control has stated that our facility is the best in the county and sets the standard for all daycares.
Wags & Wiggles is one of the founding members of the only formal DayCare Association through the American Boarding and Kennels Association (ABKA). Laurie Zurborg is a dog daycare consultant and trainer for new and existing dog daycare businesses nationwide.
Land of Big Pawz is the largest play area. Dogs spend their day playing with toys, wrestling, getting love from the staff, sunbathing, training games & just hanging out!
Petite Pooch Paradise is for small - petite sized breeds. They have their own small toys and play equipment. Staff who specialize in small dogs provide the extra cuddling and carrying that small dogs often need.
Indoor Potty Parks can be found throughout the facilities where there is no outdoor access. These self cleaning parks provide the most sanitary option for even the most particular patron. |

After a full day of play, dogs are welcome to spend the night with reservations. Our Mutt Huts are huge 4 X 6 rooms with fresh water, bedding, and a cookie on the pillow. We also accept
own crates when mutt hutts are booked. We want to make that you and your dog are 100% comfortable at our facility. This is why every dog's first day is FREE!
Our sleeping area is fully air conditioned with soothing music for year around comfort. We often book in advance for boarding, so
please make your reservations carefully as you will be charged for your entire reservation.

Get a Ride To or From Daycare! RSM Facility Only. Your dog will be picked up early
each morning at your home. Your dog will spend the entire day at daycare...playing
and romping about. After the facility closes, your dog will then be
brought back to your home to sleep in his own bed for the night. Your dog will be fed by instruction
and walked accordingly when brought home.
what you wish to have done with your dog upon drop off or pickup.
This includes directions to your house, key or how we will get in,
and where to put your dog when coming home. We only transport in the local areas of RSM, Mission Viejo,
Ladera Ranch, Foothill Ranch, Trabuco Cyn, and parts of Lake Forest.
All dogs are confined via crate or seat belt in the van.

Bathing Services
Our luxurious bathing services are only available in conjunction with a day of daycare or boarding. After some serious play in the morning, your dog will be bathed midday in a state of the art bathtub. We use a gentle herbal shampoo and warm water. Included is ear cleaning, toe nails clipping, and hand brush and hand dry. Your dog will never be placed in a kennel or have a cage dryer. The bathing area is also air conditioned so you never have to worry that your dog will overheat. Your dog will then be let out to join the rest of their friends who by now are tired and ready to go home. A final brushing and spritz of cologne will be given right before they go home. Sorry...no clipping services are available.
If your dog boards for 5 days or more, you are welcome to a free bath. Baths are not done on Sunday or before noon on any day. This means if you pickup Monday am, your dog will be bathed Sat pm. The owner MUST request the bath upon drop off for boarding. The bath will not automatically be given. For this free boarding cleanup bath, nails and ear cleaning are an extra fee.
