Junie is a young golden retriever that has a very independant spirit. Playing is her number 1 priority and it keeps her in a happy state of bliss. Junie's mom heard about daycare and just by happenstance tried another local facility first. Something told her it wasn't the right place for Junie. She came by Wags one day to check us out and signed up Junie the same day.

I just wanted you to know that the dayschool training Junie is doing is really working. I had her doing errands with me and she just sat calmly while I talked to the mechanic. She made me look like a great trainer! Also, I am so happy to have found you. I can tell that your staff is much more mature and trustworthy. The only dog daycare in California with a state of the art Training Center and Animal CPR Training program. All of our managers and supervisors are Certified in Pet CPR & First Aid through the Red Cross. They are trained to handle minor medical events and to recognize illness or injuries that need immediate vet attention.

LAND OF BIG PAWS is for large - medium sized dogs. This is the largest indoor/outdoor play area and has 4 webcams to access. Dogs spend their day playing with toys, wrestling, getting love from the staff, sunbathing, learning self control through training games and just hanging out.
TINY TOT LANDis for small - petite sized breeds. They have their own small toys and play equipment. Perfect for yorkie, poodles, cockapoos, shihtzus, chihuahuas, and many others! There are two webcams for this area. One is a closeup shot so you can find your little wee one. The other camera is a wide angle to catch the wrestling and chasing action.
PUPPY PENS are for young puppies who need quieter play, naptime, midday lunch and special care. If your dog is particularly shy, we will use this separate space for a slower introduction to other dogs. We will also create separate play groups for itty bitty sized dogs. All sized dogs deserve safe fun play to socialize.
When you walk your dog, does he pull and tug at the leash when another dog approaches? He may not be receiving enough socialization time with other dogs. Since dogs are pack animals they are most happy when they can run and play with other dogs. Dog daycare provides the perfect opportunity for your dog to get back to their roots.....and remember what being a dog is like. You will notice a significant difference in your dog's behavior..

After a walk does your dog get that mischievous look in his eye....like what should I get into now? At dog daycare, the dogs are NEVER caged and are free to play all day. When dogs play together it provides a different type of physical and mental stimulation that we humans can't give. A tired dog is a well-behaved dog....and all of our dogs leave tired but happy.

DOGGIE DAYSCHOOL
The goal of the Doggy DaySchool program at Wags & Wiggles is to augment busy dog owners' training efforts. Many dog owners lead very busy lives, finding it difficult to start and/or maintain a training program.
DaySchool gets your dog one on one training time with a Wags & Wiggles Staff Trainer, while attending daycare. Your best canine buddy is getting the training & entertainment they deserve!
DaySchool is an additional charge on top of the daycare fee.
DAYCARE DVD
Wags & Wiggles offers a unique service of a DVD recording of your dog's day at our facility. Each DVD runs 30 - 45 minutes of your furry child romping, cuddling, playing, and hanging out. There are closeups and clips are specially edited to show your dog in action with his friends. Great for a lasting momento of your dog, showing at family gatherings, and showing off to friends. Truly heartwarming and hysterical. Filming is done over the span of 2-3 daycare visits. Cost $85. Perfect for long stays. DVD can be personalized for special events like Mothers/Fathers Day, Birthdays, Christmas. Be aware that burning recordable DVDs can be a little tricky. Meaning this DVD will play on any computer but some home theatre DVD players do not readily accept recordable DVDs.
NIGHT CARE PROGRAM
Doggie Camp
Our nightcare program is designed to accommodate our regular or semi-regular patrons. In order to keep a stable pack environment, we have to keep certain policies.
We can and will accomodate past or current clients if a day of daycare has been completed in the 6 months prior to the date of boarding. If your last visit was longer than that, just complete a day of daycare and we will book your dates!
If you are attending one of our facilities but need to board boarding at the other facility, your attendance at the original facility will satisfy your boarding requirement.
We require dogs to attend daycare on a semi regular basis to qualify for boarding. We recommend once a month daycare but we allow flexibility to accommodate all of our clients. We have this policy in order for us to ensure all dogs maintain appropriate play manners during their visit.
The kennel room is fully air conditioned for year around comfort.
We have a computerized reservation system that will provide you with a confirmation number for your stay. We have a three day cancellation policy. See below (Get Ready for Camp) for complete details
Please make your reservations carefully as you will be charged for your entire reservation. If you pick up earlier than your scheduled departure, you will be charged for your original reservation.
Daycare reduces the anxiety of staying overnight.
Each dog has their own large mutt hut (T-Kennel)to sleep in. These rooms are 4' x 6' with fresh water, bedding, a cookie on the pillow.
If our kennels are full during the busy season, you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own crate.
Boarding dogs must be dropped off by 4:00pm on M-F, by 3:00pm on Saturday, and 9-10am or 3-4pm on Sunday. If you drop off after 3pm, you will not be charged for the day and you will only receive a night charge.
If you pickup by 10am, you will not be charged for that day. If you pickup anytime after 10am, you will be charged a half day or full day accordingly.

You must leave an emergency contact number in order for dog to board. This emergency contact person will be responsible for getting your dog medical care if necessary during their stay. This person must be willing to pickup your dog in case of illness, injury, or inappropriate behavior.
Overnight boarding limited to small numbers to ensure quality care. High traffic periods, summer and holidays, may book 2-3 months in advance.
DAYCARE/TRANSPORT COMBO

have become so popular that we sometimes are filling all our van spaces.
Call ahead to reserve space.**
Your dog will be picked up early
each morning at your home. Your dog will spend the entire day at daycare...playing
and romping about. After the facility closes, your dog will then be
brought back to your home to sleep in his own bed for the night. Once
again, daycare reduces the anxiety of you being gone. They come home
really tired and ready to sleep. Your dog will be fed by instruction
and walked accordingly when brought home. Dogs are only picked up
am and dropped off pm. This means we do not take dogs home in the
am or pick them up in the pm. The bus only goes out for one trip each
way. This means that if the van is full, we will not add another route.
Book your transports in advance. Be sure to tell the staff exactly
what you wish to have done with your dog upon drop off or pickup.
This includes directions to your house, key or how we will get in,
and where to put your dog when coming home. If you drop off your dog
at the facility in the am, you must mark the pm transport on the sign
in sheet. We only transport in the local areas of RSM, Mission Viejo,
Ladera Ranch, Foothill Ranch, Trabuco Cyn, and parts of Lake Forest.
All dogs are confined via crate or seat belt in the van. back to top
BATHING SERVICES Our luxurious bathing services are only available in conjunction with a day of daycare or boarding. After some serious play in the morning, your dog will be bathed midday in a state of the art bathtub. We use a gentle herbal shampoo and warm water. Included is ear cleaning, toe nails clipping, and hand brush and hand dry. Your dog will never be placed in a kennel or have a cage dryer. The bathing area is also air conditioned so you never have to worry that your dog will overheat. Your dog will then be let out to join the rest of their friends who by now are tired and ready to go home. A final brushing and spritz of cologne will be given right before they go home. Sorry...no clipping services are available.
If your dog boards for 5 days or more, you are welcome to a free bath. Baths are not done on Sunday or before noon on any day. This means if you pickup Monday am, your dog will be bathed Sat pm. The owner MUST request the bath upon drop off for boarding. The bath will not automatically be given. For this free boarding cleanup bath, nails and ear cleaning are an extra fee.
